Fully Automatic Ultrapure Reverse Osmosis Deioniser
Reverse Osmosis DI system is a three pass water treatment technology that utilizes two stages of filtration by using RO membrane in series for removal of TDS from water, and then passing through DI cartridges for further purification. This is mainly used in applications; where high purity water is required such as in laboratories, Electronics & other Industrial processes. It is a compact system, needs smallest foot print with less maintenance.
Description

As Two pass, feed water is treated twice for Removal of Total Dissolved Solids
- Storage Tank
Storage of Feed as well as treated water separately
- Conductivity Controller
To monitor treated water quality
- Pressure Gauge
To monitor the differential pressure across RO membrane
- MB Resin pack
Using as a polisher to achieve desired water quality. The resin pack is replaced, when exhausted
- Auto Controller
For automation of storage level, flow control
- Faucet for RO & DI
Dispensing of RO water for drinking, DI water for lab use
- Cabinet
MS non corrosive powder coated enclosure for panel
