Industrial Zincalume Tanks for Water and Liquid Storage

Abhiro Water Purifier Zincalume tanks are supplier using high-quality steel sheets coated with a combination of zinc and aluminum, providing excellent resistance against corrosion and harsh environmental conditions. This advanced coating technology helps the steel maintain strength and durability even in demanding industrial environments. Compared to traditional galvanized steel, Zincalume tanks can last significantly longer.

The protective properties of aluminum and zinc work together to enhance tank durability. Aluminum acts as a strong protective barrier for the steel surface, while zinc provides sacrificial protection to prevent corrosion. This dual protection system ensures superior corrosion resistance and long-term performance for liquid storage applications.

Abhiro Water Purifier Zincalume tanks offer a cost-effective solution for storing water and liquids within a pH range of 3 to 12. These tanks are widely used for applications such as irrigation water storage, fire water systems, potable water storage, and reclaimed water management.

The Zincalume steel used in these tanks features a hot-dipped metallic alloy coating consisting of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, which improves durability, crack resistance, and coating stability. Both sides of the steel sheets receive a uniform coating layer to ensure maximum protection.

The Zincalume steel used by Abhiro Water Purifier meets major international and Indian quality standards, including IS 15961, ISO 9364, AS 1397, and ASTM A792M, ensuring reliable performance, safety, and long service life for industrial storage solutions.

Zincalume Tanks Production Process & Technology

Sheet Corrugation
Steel sheets are corrugated using advanced machines to improve strength and durability for the tank structure.

Cutting, Drilling & Curving
The corrugated sheets are cut into required panel sizes. CNC machines are used for accurate drilling, and panels are curved to achieve the desired tank shape.

Installation Process
At the site, panels are assembled using nuts and bolts to form the tank structure ring by ring. A durable liner membrane is installed inside the tank for safe liquid storage, while protective caps are used to prevent corrosion.
